“我们的‘村T’,在田埂上,在风雨长廊下。今晚,它在14亿人的心中。”

“Our Village T is on the ridges of the fields and the wind-and-rain bridges. Tonight, it lives in the hearts of 1.4 billion people.”

 

2026年春节联欢晚会上,贵州“村T”携手56个民族小朋友亮相舞台,用一场别具乡土气息的时装秀向全国观众展现民族之美。

At the 2026 Spring Festival Gala, Guizhou’s Village T took the stage alongside children from 56 ethnic groups, presenting a fashion show rich in local flavor that showcased the beauty of China’s diverse cultures to audiences across the nation.

“他们代表的不只是自己,更是自己的民族,我们希望每位小朋友都能在舞台上找到文化自信。”贵州“村T”发起人杨春林表示,“T”指的不仅是T台,更是一个“共同体”。

“These children represent not only themselves, but their own ethnic groups as well. We hope each of them can find cultural confidence on the stage,” said Yang Chunlin, founder of Village T. The“T” stands not only for the runway, but also for togetherness.

 

出生于凯里市湾水镇江口村双元寨的杨春林,是村里第一个去省外读大学的孩子。他的第一笔学费,是村里的“绣娘妈妈”凑出来的。2007年,他揣着那笔“沉甸甸”的学费远赴西安求学。大学毕业后,他用读书期间卖绣片、银饰攒下的积蓄创办了自己的苗族服饰设计工作室。

Born in Shuangyuan Village, Wanshui Town, Kaili City, Yang Chunlin was the first child from his village to attend university outside the province. His first tuition fee was pooled together by the village’s embroiderers. In 2007, carrying that“weighty” tuition, he set off for Xi’an to study. After graduating, he used the savings he had earned from selling embroidery pieces and silver jewelry during his university years to establish his own Miao clothing design studio.

2024年7月,看过大千世界的杨春林决定“把世界带回家”,举办“村T”首秀。没有奢华布景,没有专业灯光,田埂就是秀场。第一次当模特的“绣娘妈妈”感到既新鲜又紧张,却凭着笑容和自信走出了属于自己的风采。

In July 2024, having seen the world, Yang Chunlin decided to“bring the world home” and held the first Village T showcase. There were no luxurious sets or professional lighting—just the fields serving as the runway. The embroiderers, modeling for the first time, felt both excited and nervous, yet with smiles and confidence, they walked with their own unique presence.

 

不久之后,在相关部门的协调与帮助下,杨春林将“村T”搬到了苗侗风情园的风雨长廊,并向周边村民敞开报名通道。消息一传开,村民们热情高涨,纷纷响应。原本计划只办3天的活动,变成一周、两周……“村T”举办的第三周,现场观看人数高达4000余人,线上播放量突破1000万次。

Soon after, with the coordination and support of relevant departments, Yang Chunlin moved Village T to the wind-and-rain bridge of the Miao and Dong Cultural Park and opened registration to surrounding villagers. The response was overwhelming. What was originally planned as a three-day event extended into a week, then two… By the third week, the live audience had grown to over 4,000, and online views surpassed 10 million.

2024年7月,“村T”首秀在凯里市湾水镇江口村双元寨举办。


出乎所有人意料的是,这场最初在田埂上办起来的“村T”,竟然停不下来了。一年多来,“村T”共举办走秀活动960场,累计吸引国内外8万余人参与演出。

To everyone’s surprise, what had started as a modest runway on a field could not be stopped. Over the course of more than a year, Village T has held 960 fashion shows, attracting more than 80,000 participants from both home and abroad.

 

“苗族服饰太美了,能穿着它与当地人一同走秀,让我感觉自己也是‘村T’的一分子。”肯尼亚青年难民社区中心Kakuma Leadership &Innovation Centre创始人邓霓扬认为,文化是人类生活的重要组成部分。看到来自不同国家、地区的人们相聚“村T”,一同庆祝,共享欢乐,让他意识到文化对于促进和平共处、互相理解的重要性。

“The Miao clothing is so beautiful. Walking the runway alongside the locals made me feel like I’m part of Village T myself,” said Nhial Deng, founder of the Kakuma Leadership & Innovation Centre. He believes culture is an essential part of human life. Seeing people from different countries and regions gather at Village T, celebrating and sharing joy together, made him realize how culture can foster peaceful coexistence and mutual understanding.

2024清华国际青年对话贵州行走进贵州“村T”


把世界带回家,也把家乡的美分享给世界。

Bring the world home, and share the beauty of home with the world.

 

当苗族人的生活场景被搬上舞台,很快就吸引了国际目光。2025年3月,45名来自贵州的孩子,穿着家人亲手缝制的民族盛装,走上中国国际时装周的T台,成为全场瞩目的焦点。

When the everyday life of the Miao people was brought to the stage, it quickly captured international attention. In March 2025, 45 children from Guizhou, dressed in traditional garments handmade by their families, walked the runway at China International Fashion Week, becoming the highlight of the event.

 

没有经过专业训练,贵州村民们却用最自然的步伐,走出了大山深处的从容与自信。他们从凯里的风雨长廊出发,走过贵州的山川田野,一路走上伦敦时装周、纽约时装周、日本大阪世博会、联合国气候大会……家乡的美丽,也随他们走向世界。

Without professional training, the villagers moved with natural grace, displaying the calm confidence nurtured in the mountains. Starting from wind-and-rain bridge in Kaili, they traversed the fields and mountains of Guizhou, eventually appearing at London Fashion Week, New York Fashion Week, Expo 2025 Osaka, and the United Nations Climate Conference… Carrying the beauty of their homeland, they brought it to the world.

2025年11月,贵州“村T”的小模特们登上纽约时装周亚洲首秀舞台。


2025年10月,贵州青年代表、世界“村T”项目联合发起人谢宗旭在联合国2025社会论坛上正式发布世界“村T”。

In October 2025, Guizhou youth representative and co-founder of the Global Village T, Xie Zongxu, officially launched the Global Village T at the UN 2025 Social Forum.

 

“这是一个文化相遇、协作、共创的平台,我们邀请全球设计师和文化使者共同参与,让文化多样性成为可持续发展的动力。”谢宗旭在发言中阐释了“村T”模式的核心理念——将苗绣、蜡染、银饰等珍贵的非物质文化遗产,与现代时尚设计相融合,让村民成为自身发展的主体。

He stated in his speech:“ This is a platform for cultural exchange, collaboration, and co-creation. We invite designers and cultural ambassadors from around the world to participate, allowing cultural diversity to become a driving force for sustainable development.” Xie explained the core concept of the Village T model: integrating precious intangible cultural heritage such as Miao embroidery, batik, and silverwork with modern fashion design, while empowering villagers to take the lead in their own development.

 

“可持续发展不是政策,而是生活方式,这是我们的祖先在它成为全球议程之前就已践行的智慧。”谢宗旭表示,这一实践在贵州取得了显著成效。截至2025年11月,贵州“村T”吸引游客285万人次,旅游综合收入达到5.7亿元,直接提供就业岗位超3000个,村民人均年增收超1.2万元,人均年收入增长超40%。

“Sustainable development is not merely a policy. It is a way of life. Our ancestors were already practicing it long before it became a global agenda,” Xie added. This initiative has achieved remarkable results in Guizhou: as of November 2025, Village T had attracted 2.85 million visitors, generated 570 million yuan in tourism revenue, created over 3,000 direct jobs, increased villagers’ average annual income by more than 12,000 yuan, and boosted per capita income by over 40%.

在“村T”,每个人都能走出自己的步伐,每个民族都被看见,每一种美都被尊重。


贵州“村T”升级为世界“村T”,标志着这一实践从本土探索迈向全球共创。

The upgrade from Guizhou’s Village T to the Global Village T marks the transition from a local cultural experiment to global co-creation.

 

从苗寨到世界,“村T”不再只是一个乡村时尚秀。它是文化自信的注脚,是乡村振兴的缩影,也是人类命运共同体最朴素、最动人的表达——在这里,每个人都能走出自己的步伐,每个民族都被看见,每一种美都被尊重。

From the Miao villages to the world stage, Village T is no longer just a rural fashion show. It is a testament to cultural confidence, a microcosm of rural revitalization, and one of the simplest and most moving expressions of building a community with a shared future for mankind—here, everyone can walk their own path, every ethnic group is seen, and every form of beauty is respected.
